Over the years I have heard some strange definitions of who God is. I believe these contradictory definitions cause doubt and confusion. I think it’s best to let God’s word define who God is so I copied every verse containing the words “God is” to allow God to define Himself. I hope these verses strengthen your faith. “…God is with you in all that you do…” (Genesis 21:22)

“…God is witness between you and me.” (Genesis 31:5)

“God is not a man, that He should lie…” (Numbers 23:19)

“…God is the one fighting for you.” (Deuteronomy 3:22)
